Store Policy

Payment Terms: Payments will be by Bank Wire, Certified Funds, ACH, CC’s upon bank approval plus fees. Other payment modes on a case by case.

Shipping: Secure, insured shipping worldwide via Inforsure and FedEx. Shipping fees are additional for each piece unless label provided. Customer is responsible for all customs fees. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries as deemed by us at the time.

Warranties: Rolex Oyster Perpetual Movements come with 1-year warranty excluding water intrusion and damage caused by others. Electric or Electronic watches requiring a battery are warranted for battery, case and band issues only. Battery movements are NOT warranted for issues, water intrusion or damage caused by others. These movements are tested, new battery
and inspected for correctness and timing before shipping.
